After scheduling, you will receive a secure questionnaire to complete. You will then have a brief virtual visit with a certified nurse practitioner to review the questionnaire and then if appropriate, your sick note will be emailed to you—usually by the next business day. Notes cannot be backdated, and frequent use may prompt a recommendation for an in-person evaluation.
